- Loan Officer Registration Data: Full name, individual NMLS ID, corporate entity name, corporate NMLS ID, business email, mobile phone number, office phone number, branch and corporate street addresses, and electronic signature.
- Business Directory Submissions: Business name, contact person, title, business website URLs, social media links, promotional details, and inquiry messages.
- Authentication & Security Data: Login credentials, verified phone numbers enrolled for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), timestamps of account activity, and session interaction logs.
- Payment Information: Subscription and setup payments are processed directly through our third-party PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers or banking account credentials on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We utilize the collected information for specific, legitimate operational purposes, including:
- Creating, maintaining, and authenticating your account and secure member sessions.
- Formatting, rendering, and displaying local business directory listings and co-marketing cards.
- Delivering dynamic Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SMS codes and transactional notifications.
- Connecting local business inquiries with designated licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
- Enforcing our Terms of Use, No Spam Policy, and preventing fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

MLO Networks does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or lead data to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies. We share information only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements, including:
- Cloud Infrastructure & Database Hosting: Google Cloud Platform / Firebase for secure data storage and serverless execution.
- Authentication & Verification: Firebase Authentication and Google Identity Platform for secure 2FA SMS delivery and credential verification.
- Payment Processing: Stripe for secure payment processing and subscription billing.
- Transactional Email Delivery: Postmark for operational receipts and inquiry alerts.

We implement rigorous technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), cryptographic authentication tokens, server-side database access controls (Firestore Security Rules), and automated session inactivity timeouts.

We use session storage and essential browser tokens solely to maintain authenticated user sessions and verify Multi-Factor Authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies for third-party behavioral advertising networks.
